CIERA RENEE'

Ciera Renee', M.A, is the owner, therapist, and Life Coach of Elevated Counseling and Coaching. Ciera sought formal, clinical training at Moody Theological Seminary where she earned a Master of Arts in Counseling and Psychology degree to assist her greatest passion of helping others increase their mental and spiritual health so that they may have an increased quality of life. Ciera's has experience with providing services for depression, anxiety, PTSD, Substance Abuse, physical and emotional trauma, mood and personality disorders, ADHD, grief and self harm along with suicidal ideations and many other life changes. Various modalities are used to assist as well as the integration of Christian beliefs and principals. Ciera Renee' is known as, "The Friend-i-pist," because she endeavors to love and encourage like only a friend could but she will also educate, challenge and empower like a therapist should. Ciera believes, faith, consistency, accountability, compassion and community are catalysts for people to be ELEVATED beyond their circumstances and even expectations.  Ciera endeavors to minimize the stigma associated with mental health in the Christian African American community. It is her hope to inspire, motivate, and help develop those around her to alleviate negative and undesirable behaviors that will allow us to live life to God’s full potential for us. Ciera believes that we are not meant to go through the difficulties of life alone. This is the foundation of Elevated Counseling and Coaching. Caring about the well-being and providing tools to be ELEVATED to the very best version of our most authentic selves.
